Val has fallen in love with Brantford after moving from Stoney Creek with her family Antonio Jr., Isabella Rose and Tony that she has decided to permenantly call Brantford home. She loves her community in West Brantford, and more importantly knows that raising her family here was the best decision.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A REALTOR®?
I have always had a passion for homes but was afraid to take the risk. My previous industry made it very difficult for promotion once hearing of my first pregnancy so I figured that I would take the plunge, do what I really want to do, and make my goal to help as many people buy their most valuable asset. No regrets- just hard work, passion for people! When success and value come together the sky is the limit.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF SELLING REAL ESTATE?
My favourite part of real estate is doing what I love while being myself. Whether it's the initial meeting, a video, or stressful negotiations, clients want to work with me because I am who I am. They love my sass, chattiness, patience, and honesty along with my humour making every client experience awesome and memorable. Knowing clients want to work with me because their friend told them it was an amazing experience full of service, and some laughs along the way, makes it worth it.
WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO TRAVEL?
We are regular visitors to Florida since with kids it's an easy flight with minimal meltdowns. We love everything Disney and Orlando. It's so easy to get caught up in the magic, and pixie dust while hanging out with Pluto, Micky, Minnie, Olaf, and Kylo Ren - we feel like kids again! Universal Studios is pretty awesome as well but we think mom and dad had way more fun than the kids for that one (lol!)
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, BANDS?
In all honesty I am the queen of starting books but not finishing- it's kind of hard to read books at this point in my life, maybe that will change down the road. I am also the queen at falling asleep during movies! By the time the kids go to sleep I'm done unless it's a Will Farrel movie because who can call asleep during Anchor Man? I'm also a big fan of "Dodgeball" because "if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball". For tv shows it's Walking Dead, Fear of the Walking Dead, and Z Nation- is that weird? I guess it's just one of those things we started and just can't stop. Bands? Well, New Kids On The Block is my group and their newest song Crash is my favourite, maybe I shouldn't be honest with these answers!
WHAT'S ONE THING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
Don't laugh but I'm terrified by the super natural and won't step foot into a haunted house! I won't even watch a scary movie trailer with fear of nightmares. I've been in a few homes that scared the living daylights out of me and wouldn't even attempt the basement...so I guess now you know I'm a chicken!
