About Kim

Kim Bailey-Brown is a country girl at heart and still resides in her small town of Burford. Kim is happily married to her best friend Mark, and is a mom to her only child Sarah. Kim is an animal lover and especially loves dogs.  Real estate has been her passion for 16 years after being in retail management in her younger years. Kim thrives on making the transaction as smooth as possible for all her clients while having their best interest at heart. Kim believes she would have not created all the amazing relationships she has if real estate wasn’t her profession. Check out Kim's personal website here: www.kimbailey.ca

Q&A With Kim:

WHY DID YOU BECOME A REALTOR®?

I became a realtor simply because I love houses. I was the dork who would go on Sundays to open houses to see everything that house had to offer. I love being in control of my own business and making decisions that best suit my clients.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF SELLING REAL ESTATE?

My favourite part of selling real estate is seeing the excitement in my buyer and sellers face when they have made one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO TRAVEL?

I love to travel with my family and friend to nascar races. I enjoy the camping atmosphere the most, but I will always love to go to any sandy beach.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, BANDS?

Book: I like to read any type of self help, romance and true stories.

Movies: Sweet Home Alabama is an all time favourite, but a good comedy, chick flick, true story and a little bit of action.

TV Show: Young and the Restless, Friends, Sex and the City, Gilmore Girls, Greys Anatomy, Orange is the new Black, Shameless, Prison Break, Breaking Bad, The Ranch (can you tell I’d rather watch tv then read a book?)

Band: Country music and classic rock are always on the loudest in my house and truck

WHAT'S ONE THING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?

I am the first female president of the Burford Lions Club. I enjoy spending my time painting rocks while sitting around my fish pond. I take the painted rocks and put them out into the community to brighten peoples day.
