Q&A With Kim:
WHY DID YOU BECOME A REALTOR®?
I became a realtor simply because I love houses. I was the dork who would go on Sundays to open houses to see everything that house had to offer. I love being in control of my own business and making decisions that best suit my clients.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART OF SELLING REAL ESTATE?
My favourite part of selling real estate is seeing the excitement in my buyer and sellers face when they have made one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO TRAVEL?
I love to travel with my family and friend to nascar races. I enjoy the camping atmosphere the most, but I will always love to go to any sandy beach.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, BANDS?
Book: I like to read any type of self help, romance and true stories.
Movies: Sweet Home Alabama is an all time favourite, but a good comedy, chick flick, true story and a little bit of action.
TV Show: Young and the Restless, Friends, Sex and the City, Gilmore Girls, Greys Anatomy, Orange is the new Black, Shameless, Prison Break, Breaking Bad, The Ranch (can you tell I’d rather watch tv then read a book?)
Band: Country music and classic rock are always on the loudest in my house and truck
WHAT'S ONE THING MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I am the first female president of the Burford Lions Club. I enjoy spending my time painting rocks while sitting around my fish pond. I take the painted rocks and put them out into the community to brighten peoples day.
